Meet the Team
Erin Lillevold, DVM
Head Veterinarian:She started working in the Veterinary field around 1993 as an assistant while going to school. In 2001, she graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine and started working at a local clinic here in Longview WA. After about 24 years at the same clinic she decided she wanted to open her own practice and opened Mt Solo Veterinary Hospital in April of 2026.
She has two kids that followed her path, and have been working in the Veterianry field for some time. Her home is filled with 2 small dogs, 2 homebody cats and 1 cat that likes to manage the neighborhood.
Denise
Practice Manager:She began her career in Veterianry medicine as a high school student in Canada. Over time she moved to Califronia then Longview and has continued to work in the Veterinary field locally for about 30 years before joining the Mt Solo Veterinary Hospital team as Practice Manager in April of 2026. Her two kids are all grown up now and she has a grandchild that runs the household.
Kristin
Licensed Veterinary TechnicianHer love for the Veterinary field started with a personal experience and a determination to help animals in need. Working for a small town Salem OR clinic in 2003 she pursued college and graduated in 2006 offically becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in 2009. Eventually moving to Longview WA in 2020, she has continued her work as a Licensed Technician and giving a voice to those who can’t speak. She has 2 kids and a husband that love animals as much as she does.
Sami
Surgery TechnicianStarting her career young and nursing injured animals back healthy. She pursued college and graduated in 2003 as a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Following her graduation, she did an externship at a vet clinic in Auburn for about 3 years. Later moving to Longview in 2006 where she worked with a local clinic for some time before joining the Mt SoloVeterianry Hospital team.
She spends her time outside of work either with family or enjoying a good book.
Joy
Veterinary Assitant:Having a family memeber in the industry helped her follow in their foot steps. Starting as a receptionist in 2018 she slowly moved her way to the back of the clinic and started training as an assitant. Joining our team with her dog Rufus who has the personality to run the clinic for treats if he could, they have become a big part of the team.
Hannah
ReceptionistOne of the first faces you will see in our clinic. She started her love and future in the animal field in high school with 4-H agility and continued that love after graduating by working at a local vet clinic in Longview WA. After some time she decided on a change of scenery and moved across Washington and worked at another clinic in Ellensburg WA for a few years. Eventually she moved back to Longview WA and started working at Mt Solo Veterinary Hospital May of 2026. She brings many smiles to not only our clients and their pets, but most importantly her fellow employees.
Cyann
Head Receptionist, Veterinary Assistant, Social Media Manager & Event CoordinatorGrowing up with a few family members in the Veterinary field, she started working at a local clinic in high school. Continuing her work in the field at a couple other clinics while in college. She moved back to Longview WA after graduating in 2023 with a Bachelors in Fine Arts. She uses her degree to help the clinic keep the community up to date on social media and planning any events the clinic may want to have.
